Ability to close applications, so that they no longer are listed as active applications

Just finished implementing the new Recruiter section of the site, where you can record recruiter information.
Added the ability to add a “Sent references” event as a job application milestone.
Just implemented the new “References” section of the site, where you can record people who you’ve worked with who will be your references.
Also made quite a few improvements to the site, such as a better search algorithm, improved site design and improved site workflow.

Just added a simpler way to edit the resume and cover letter text: simply double-click on them to open up an edit box.
