This is exactly what JT at http://Careerealsim.com said. People want to roll their sleeves up and push on Tuesdays. Very interesting to see some evidence of this.

You can print the dossier by clicking on the icon that's to the right of the job title (right above the "Delete Application" link).

Hi,

Just wondering how you do this (this sounds like a wonderful feature).

I've been looking for the "print dossier" icon everywhere!

Cheers,

Good suggestion! Thank you! I've implemented the main idea, and I'm working also on the ability to edit individual steps so that, for example, you'd be able to add a resume and cover letter to the application you've already added to the timeline. I look forward to hearing your feedback!

For obvious reasons, you've built the process around your process. But that won't work for everyone. I want to post the job application, then maybe add the resume I created, and the cover letter I created, after the fact. But you assume I have those created first, and just need to add them to the app. I might want to come back later and add that cover letter, but if I don't add it during the "apply" stage, I can't - I'm pretty sure I can't edit, I have to delete it and start over. I think you should separate the processes, not make each one dependent on the one particular step. Hope that makes sense. Again, just try breaking out of YOUR process and doing it another way, and I'll think you'll see what I mean. Thanks!
